Good workforce involvement (WFI) in safety issues leads to organisations achieving high reliability status. With good WFI, workers, including contractors are encouraged to take part in the decision making process about managing workplace health and safety.
What is workforce involvement? gives a definition of WFI and explains what WFI aims to do. It can be used to introduce a WFI campaign and to prompt discussions with the workforce on what WFI might include. This poster can also help to demonstrate commitment to WFI.
This is one of eight posters, published by the EI, to support WFI initiatives. You can order the whole pack here.
