Asset integrity
Assuring that existing installations, particularly mature installations, are fit for purpose continues to be a focus for industry. Structures, plant, equipment or systems, which could either cause, or contribute to, a major accident, need to be effectively managed in order to prevent or limit the effects of failure.
The EI produces publications that support the aims to encourage good practice in integrity management, continuous improvement and minimise the potential for accidents.
