It will help building occupiers and managers to understand the minor refurbishment steps that can be taken to improve the energy efficiency of their building services.
Retrofit for energy efficiency should not be undertaken in isolation from the other drivers and considerations relating to building refurbishment. Examples include occupancy comfort, health and productivity, future flexibility and adaptability of services, maintenance and upkeep issues.
