Good workforce involvement (WFI) in safety issues leads to organisations achieving high reliability status. With good WFI, workers, including contractors are encouraged to take part in the decision making process about managing workplace health and safety.

What if you are the only person in your team who sees the risk? This poster can be used to encourage the workforce to offer their insight about safety, because they might be the only person who sees the risk. It is meant to make people feel valued by showing the importance of workforce insights into safety. In doing this, it also shows why the workforce should intervene and why the workforce’s safety judgments can be trusted.
