- Published: October 2020
- REF/ISBN: 9781787252196
- Edition: 1st
- Status: Current
This document has been compiled to provide a breakdown of incident data contained in the UK HSE's Hydrocarbon Release Database (HCRD), and provides a selection of tables which categorise the incidents using various parameters. Some tables generated by the analysis are too large to fit into the format of this document, and these larger tables have been saved as Excel workbooks that can be attained from the EI free of charge. Please contact pubs@energyinst.org for your free copies.
This document has been compiled as part of a joint industry project funded by the BP, Shell, ConocoPhillips and the Energy Institute (EI) aimed at analysing and disseminating information on hydrocarbon loss of containment incidents reported by operators of offshore installation in the UKCS.
